Your monthly fee will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for your convenience. You will not receive a monthly statement, but rather your card will be automatically charged each month. COTTONTREE DOES NOT PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE.
